  • What do I need to apply Vision Card?

    You need to provide ID card, proof of address, mobile phone number and email address.

  • How long does it take to apply for a Vision Card?

    Once we receive your application form and supporting documents, we will review your application within 2 working days at the earliest.

  • Can I use my Vision Card as soon as I receive it?

    To ensure safe use, you need to log in to the APP and activate it before you can use your credit card.

  • How can I change my personal information such as contact number or address?

    You can change your personal data by logging in to the APP

  • What should I do if I lose my Vision Card?

    If you have lost or stolen your Vision Card, please log in to the Vision APP immediately to report the loss of your card. Or call the hotline at +852 5989 6666 immedicately to report the loss.

  • How to prevent Vision Card fraud overseas?

    Protect your card PIN and the security code on the back of your Vsion Card, and do not disclose your credit card information to any third party.

  • Why my Vision Card is frozen?

    Please call the hotline at +852 5989 6666 and we will assist to get your Vision Card unfreeze.

  • How do I track my card transactions?

    You can log in to your All-In-One Trust Assets APP to check all your transactions.

  • May I establish an automatic repayment arrangement?

    Certainly, you can establish an automatic repayment authorization.

  • There's a problem with a transaction on my credit card spending. Who do I contact?

    Call us as soon as you notice the problem and we’ll investigate.
